One of the most significant benefits of our Mentorship Program is the hands-on experience that interns will receive. By working side-by-side with our experienced leaders, they will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios, contributing to meaningful projects and initiatives that directly impact healthcare practices in Africa.

Currently, our Mentorship Program hosts post-graduate interns in Data Science, Law, and Nursing Education. We believe in diversity and recognize the immense value that each discipline brings to the healthcare landscape. Whether you’re passionate about harnessing the power of data to improve health outcomes, advocating for legal reforms in healthcare policies, or shaping the future of nursing education, Vaka offers a space where your ideas and skills are nurtured.

Our Mentorship Program is not just about gaining professional skills; it’s about building meaningful connections and high quality networks. As a part of the Vaka ecosystem, interns will be welcomed into a supportive community of like-minded individuals, dedicated to creating a positive impact on healthcare in Africa. Collaboration and teamwork are at the core of what we do, and we believe that together, we can drive transformative change.

Furthermore, our Mentorship Program isn’t limited to the duration of the internship. We view mentorship as a lifelong journey , and our commitment to our mentees extends beyond the program’s timeframe. Our doors remain open to continued guidance and support, even after interns complete their tenure with us.
To Vaka, success isn’t just about individual achievements; it’s about collective progress. We believe in empowering our mentees to become leaders, innovators, and advocates for improved health outcomes across Africa. Through mentorship, we are sowing the seeds for a brighter and healthier future.

If you are ready to embark on a fulfilling journey of growth, learning, and impact, we invite you to be a part of Vaka Health Foundation’s Mentorship Program.
